Make room for a more challenging walk or gentle jog with a non-motorized treadmill that lets you set the pace.
Track your progress: The LCD monitor displays workout time, pace, distance, and calories burned, so you can follow each session.
Add resistance: A fixed incline and dual flywheels increase effort as you pick up speed.
Steady footing: The 36" x 15" deck has a non-slip belt and foam hand grips for support during walks or gentle jogs; the weight capacity is 330 lbs.
Use it without an outlet: The mechanical design needs no power connection. Hold the handrails, keep your feet centered on the belt, and wipe it after each use to help maintain traction.
